My wife and I love staying here. The location couldn't be better for enjoying Little Italy, the staff couldn't be friendlier, and the rooms couldn't be cleaner. No matter what part of San Diego we're visiting, this is where we stay.

The parking lot is hellish for the most experienced driver. They should invest in possibly parking cars across the street or invest in a valet. I did not like the location of my room it was outside of the main building. Although it overlooked little Italy I felt separated from the whole hotel experience.

Front desk told me there was a double booking at check in. I was left to deal with this independently and after wasting an hour with Expedia, there was apparently, no issue at all. There is no pool onsite. Location is great for walking to anything in Little Italy
