The pictures of the rooms on the site don't match the actual quality of the rooms. The location is great, staff is very helpful, but the rooms are not at all what I was expecting. The rooms are clean but there were chips in the walls, baseboards, carpet fraying, and a weird smell when you first walk in that smelled somewhat like cigarettes. Perhaps it was a smoking room a long time ago and the smell is stuck in the walls. Neighborhood was quiet at night when I was there which was nice.

The location was great for our needs because our son and new daughter in law live around the corner. But the rooms are very very small. The morning coffee was hard to get t, around the corner and up and down stairs. Why not just have the coffee in the lobby? Little Italy was great!! This place is about location, not comfortable.

While they did offer another room, I was not paying additional for the “upgrade”. The room was incredibly dusty, way too small for 2, and no way for us to warm up food. The air conditioning unit had a ton of dust in the vent which looked neglected. The room was musty and dank. Bed was comfortable though and people friendly. Great location too! When we visit again, we will be finding another place to stay.
