Room wasn’t cleaned when mention they said I had to ask to get room cleaned asked for refills on body wash and shampoo didn’t get it until i asked again the body wash and shampoo seem sooo cheap had to use half to bottle to even get some suds request towels waited about 20 mins and nothing needed to ask again . Was told parking lot was going to be $21 for a full day that was a lie I paid $50! For 15 hours ! Don’t let them fool you with the parking ! Ended up paying $100 alone in parking . You could hear everyone’s doors opening and closing at all times of the day.

The room was right near the front door and near the stairs, so my partner and I were woken up every time someone came in or out of the building. The door to our room does not quite fill out the frame, which does not help the sound, and it let in a lot of light from the hallway. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear the couple in the room next to us fighting all night one night, which had us concerned for their safety and we didn't sleep well. The room does not have great ventilation, so we came back to a very humid room every day if we forgot to run the AC after our showers. Also, while the shower is quite aesthetically pleasing, the lack of a full door meant water splashed everywhere outside of the shower. The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were very stiff and the staff did not have softer pillows. Overall, the stay was fine, but there were a lot of small inconveniences that amounted to some stress.

Room was clean staff was nice, beds were cozy. However parking was a nightmare our car was side swiped sometime during the night while it was parked directly in front of the hotel. We had to move our car several times during the stay because we couldn’t find overnight parking. The room was located in the dark deep back end of an alley with zero natural light. All the windows were boarded up from the outside so w had no idea of the time of day or night. There wasn’t really anywhere to get fresh air or natural light to enjoy a drink. Overall stay was just ok. We wouldn’t stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with super comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax. The only con was that it was hard to find parking. The hotel does not provide parking.

Did not receive registration link for self check in until I called. Room was not clean upon check in (bed not made, garbage in room, used towels on the floor) however, after calling a second time I was quickly upgraded to a bigger room at no charge. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Would stay again.

The room was tiny. No toilet or shower. Had to use a communal bathroom. There is not a person at thw front desk after 4pm. Thw codes to the room doors and the front door stopped working multiple times. You cant use the fireplace outside without hotel staff assistance and there isn't anyone there after 4pm. The walls are super thin as well. Great location, decent pricing and cute place but you're basically on your own.

Great hotel and staff and location !!! In Little Italy , walkable to the harbor area !!! A little different not having a bathroom in our room, but easily adjusted to that !
