Everyone was very helpful. breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. They were very helpful with towels, etc.. I like the fact that it was very close to San Diego zoo. And close to the valley mall. We are looking forward to staying there again very soon.

Our first impression was with the night staff it was one younger lady and she was not knowledgeable nor friendly. This hotel cleans rooms every other day which is insane to me. Breakfast is very poor not a lot of variety especially with children. Over all I don’t think I will go again

The hotel did not have qater foe the firat day. Then on the 2nd day, there was no water again after 8am and unabale to ahower. Very unfortunate when we had a special event to attend and had to find a bew location to get ready. Very unconveneient and disappointing. Also, room was not cleaned and we requested towels and we never rwcwived them.
