There was a single hair in the sink, but that was no big deal. The outlets by the beds are worn out. The plugs won't stay in, we had to use the usb. But they don't have usb c so we couldn't use the chargers by the bed. We called for extra pillows and they had none, they were locked in housekeeping and the night staff had no key. The breakfast sausage was wet. The tortillas were hard on one side. All of this is nit picky stuff. Overall it was great.

The hotel and rooms were perfect. What made the stay exceptional was Samantha. She went above and beyond to welcome us to the property and provided excellent care for myself and family. Will definitely stay here again especially if she’s still there.

The staff are responsible and polite. However, the hotel is quite old. The sofa is worn out, and the mattress on it feels like the springs are about to poke through the fabric. There is some mold in the bathroom. Breakfast is typical, nothing special — like in most hotels. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but the price doesn’t match the quality. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the zoo

Pro: The Suites are roomy, clean and very nice. The hotel is pet-friendly and close to a major freeway. The staff was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again. Con: There's not much within walking distance of the hotel. $26 per night for parking.
