The hotel was nice but the pillow cases were dirty and we were just told to go pick up clean pillow cases from front desk. It was also really noisy you could hear everything through front door. House keeping woke us up around 8 am. Also strange loud water sound at 4am not sure if it was a pipe problem.

The room had stains on the carpet. The bed was not comfortable. I believe it was a manager telling a guest. They could not play music when they were by the pool. I always believe when you go to San Diego you’re supposed to have fun if they are complaining about the music Why do nobody complain about kids screaming

The cleanliness of the room wasn’t well done. There was trash from previous stay, you can tell it was rushed through because the table on top of that long leg rest wasn’t even moved and urine stains on the toilet bowl. Front desk and staff at the breakfast buffet were amazing and helpful. Food was good because there was a change in menu the 2nd morning there.
