We had a pretty disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn. We arrived around 7 PM and there was no one at the front desk. When a staff member finally came out, instead of apologizing, he said he was the only one here and that he was busy. This unprofessional manner made us feel like the place was short on staff and not well managed. The room wasn’t much better. we found hair from previous guests on the bathroom wall, and the hairdryer was very old and dirty, even dropping some paper-like debris when we used it. Overall, both the service and cleanliness were far below what we expected from a Holiday Inn

Expedia indicated that the hotel had tub/shower. The hotel had no bath tubs which is one of the reasons that I chose this location. I was very disappointed with the information from Expedia. I had to request that the room be cleaned during my 10-day stay repeatedly. Neither of these issues made for a pleasurable stay.

5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Me and my family stayed in a suite with multiple beds and a spacious living area, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and the whole stay smooth and welcoming. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was a great touch and made our mornings so much easier. On top of that, the hotel offered plenty of parking and the price was very reasonable for the quality. Overall, this was a great experience, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
