Disappointing Stay That Did Not Match Advertised Experience! We stayed at The Granger Hotel (12/31/25–1/3/26) for a New Year’s staycation and were unfortunately disappointed. The room was extremely noisy-we could hear constant street noise as well as every guest entering and exiting due to doors that loudly slam shut. The king bed was very uncomfortable, resulting in poor sleep and back/neck pain for most of the stay. Several in-room amenities did not function as advertised. The room phone was not set up, the smart TV’s Netflix button did not work, streaming through the browser was unavailable & screen mirroring failed despite following provided instructions. We ended up watching shows on a laptop. A small facial bar soap was also not provided. Valet parking was $65 per night and inconvenient, requiring street parking with hazards on and long waits for vehicle retrieval. The surrounding area also felt uncomfortable, especially while unloading the car. Food and beverage offerings were inconsistent with what was advertised online. The bartender was unfamiliar with drinks listed on the hotel’s website and stated some were only for photo shoots. Breakfast was a major disappointment. Items listed online (such as waffles or pancakes) were unavailable, food was cold or stale, and seating was very limited since it was hosted in the lobby. While staff were polite, front desk advised there was nothing they could do at checkout. Overall, this stay didn’t meet advertised expectations.

Nice, clean hotel and fantastic service. The breakfast was a 5/5 too. The only nit I have is that the rooms are on the smaller side and hence no options for 2 queen beds.

We was very impressed with this hotel. Hotel was in a great location, everything was walking distance. Hotel was elegant, staff was polite and professional and made us feel comfortable. The amenities was great with a welcome cocktail, daily breakfast and all day snacks and coffee. And top it all off the price was good! I would recommend this Hotel to everyone.
