I didnt have breakfast or utilize any of the on site facilities so cant comment on those. A couple of things though ive was only available on the 2nd floor and we were on the 15th fl although they had a machine on th 16th floor which wasnt working. The phone in the room didnt work asked front desk to look at it but no one came. The water pressure was not great either and in room ac unit was loud.

The hotel seems like it was renovated recently. it was for me a 7/10. the bathroom shower floor was a little dirty/stained and the water pressure was pretty bad (low). We did not use the bar or breakfast so i cant comment on that. parking is available on site in a secure area. it was only a ten minute walk to little italy!

Truly one of my worst property stays. The bathroom fan didn’t work and when it did, it turned on at 4am and made the worst loudest noise I’ve heard and I could not sleep. The property is placed in a weird section so you can’t safely walk anywhere. The parking garage cost me over 150$ for my 5 day stay which was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever paid. Front desk people could not answer my questions and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing half of the time. Would not book here. I try not to complain but I hope you save your money.
