The staff we engaged with were terrific, friendly. Kind. Our room needed some missing hooks in the bathroom, and staff took note when we checked out. The pool and hot tub, so nice. Large tvs in rooms; good for watching sports. Would stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The property was misrepresented in advertising — pictures showcased a beautiful beachside location and hiking paths, but it was actually 15 minutes from the beach and had no hiking trails nearby. The booking process suggested breakfast was included, though the fine print stated it was only available. During breakfast, staff hunted down my son because we assumed breakfast was free, which felt completely unnecessary and humiliating. The room was dirty and neglected, with dust covering surfaces, sheets full of dust, and bites all over our legs from the bed. When I raised these issues with the manager, my complaints were disregarded, and the room was never properly cleaned. Given the misleading advertising, poor hygiene, and lack of accountability from management, I will not be staying at DoubleTree again.
