The pros: Room was clean, staff was friendly, lounge area great, and location was EXCELLENT! The cons: it did not meet our expectations for a Marriott in that the only room amenities were soap and lotion. The shower was not great - shower head did not move and pressure was so so. The shower should have glass and not a curtain that is too short. A removable hand held shower head would be bettter. The toilet paper and kleenex were too thin and not soft. If you want guests to reuse towels, provide adequate bars for hanging. Also, it would have been nice to know that cleaning services were every other day.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean, even though they advertised a free breakfast promotion.. it is not at this hotel. The breakfast is delicious! But it is $15 a person. The proximity to old town is great! Down the street from Que Sazon our favorite spot in old town!

Stayed for a week. Great location in Old Town. Room was nice, although a little dated. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull and it was nice to have daily room service. Would definitely stay there again if in the Old Town area

The property is outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. A quality renovation, not just paint and wallpaper. And not the cheap kind either. You can kind of tell that the last renovation was done on a shoestring budget. Just the materials and the stuff behind the façade or wallpaper. Like they put vinyl wallpaper over lumpy, drywall or used painters caulk in the shower…

Parking situation is a mess. 3 different lots and who knows if you can find a spot. Also, parking is 30 a night, also all garages are gross. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms was decent. Spots were missed but nothing super gross.
