It was located perfectly for what we were in town for. We came to visit the Beach, SeaWorld and the ocean. It was a great place. The room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. My family loved it. We researched and researched and finally found this place the price was great with the topping on the cake that it offered a complementary breakfast. The only problem was that if you did not get to breakfast before 8am the proteins were all gone and most of the other food.

The system is down so we can get a key card to get into our room. The security or available staff escorted us to our room each time. There is also a smell in the halls and carpets must be cleaned on a regular basis. The location is closed to down town or Balboa park. The price is reasonable and front office staff is very helpful.

Room wasn’t very clean. Black fuzzes all over the bed, had to look close to make sure they weren’t bugs. Had to go to the lobby to get more towels since we booked a room for 5 and there were only 4 towels. Then had to go back down stairs to get another blanket since one in the room was covered in women’s hair. Went to Walmart to get cleaning wipes since the room wasn’t very clean. They seemed under staffed, couldn’t answer the phone when I needed towels or replacement blanket

I would like to share my honest experience to help improve this hotel’s service. I stayed here for three nights, and unfortunately, the room was not in good condition. The shower lock was broken, and on the first day, the room key system didn’t work due to a key activation issue. The room was also very noisy since it was right beside the freeway, making it difficult to sleep. During my stay, I requested room service each day, but housekeeping only made the bed without replacing towels or refreshing any items. Another concern was the deposit process no receipt was provided when I paid, and as of now, I still haven’t received my deposit back. I hope management reviews these issues and improves the hotel’s service and communication for future guests.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. La habitación es cómoda, espaciosa y cuenta con un kitchenette muy funcional, ideal para una estadía práctica y agradable. El desayuno es sencillo pero decente, perfecto para comenzar el día. The hotel is very well located, close to everything. The room is comfortable, spacious, and includes a very functional kitchenette, perfect for a practical and pleasant stay. Breakfast is simple but decent, just right to start the day.

The rooms were descent however the bathroom sink was backed up, the iron was not working and no hot water early morning I thought it would warm up after letting the shower run for about 15 min but it was still still cold after 15 minutes. I was on a time crunch and could not wait longer so my shower was lukewarm almost cold at 0600. I complained and checked out did not stay the second night and have yet not been reimbursed for the second night. Please make sure everything is working before staying here!
