This cozy beach bungalow feeling home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The living room has a nice little nook with a place to sit and eat while looking out at the yard.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, juicer, George Foremen grill, coffee maker and French press for coffee, along with all the other basic kitchen necessities. Help yourself to our eatable landscaping as well!
The bedroom has a window unit with AC and has a nice big comfy king size bed that looks out to the hot tub. The bonus room has a big comfy reading chair that converts into a pullout twin bed. The living room couch can be converted into a queen size bed.
The private yard is nice and big with a sun bathing lounge area. The hot tub is a 5 person jacuzzi with hammock swing chairs to hangout in after you take a dip.

This gives access to San Diego's finest attractions and communities (The Zoo, Sea World, Downtown, Old Town, Hillcrest, Mission Valley, and the Beaches, ) with ease.
And for those that are looking for a more local experience, Come explore the restaurant and bar scene just a few blocks away in the heart of University Heights on Park Avenue.
