A day from HELL

The front desk attendant was very rude and canceled my reservation which I haven't received my refund and then called the police on me because I asked for proof of cancellation.

Water leak

One issue. We had a puddle of water between the sliding glass and the bed next to the sliding glass. The A/C unit above the sliding door leaks water, that goes onto the balcony floor, that leaks into the room. It was understandable, being that the entire place is being renovated. Overall the place was fine.

Stayed here one night, it is being refurnished so there is construction going on right now! Loved Mark in the front desk, very nice & friendly, made our experience checking in nice & easy! Room were kept very clean, thank you to employee Parades! Definitely will be staying here again!

This place is a days inn and it’s disgusting. There’s questionable characters in the parking lot. The police was there because a questionable character broke the front door glass. There was shattered glass everywhere and the lobby smelled awful. I ran away and checked in elsewhere.

El hotel es prácticamente nuevo, antes solía ser un Best Western, se nota que todavía siguen trabajando en reacondicionar el lugar, pero no hay ningún problema con eso, sus horarios de trabajo no afectan tu estadía, como recomendación lleven sus almohadas porque las que hay son ¨piedras¨ y muy pequeñas, fuera de eso el lugar esta super bien ubicado y sin complicaciones para llegar
