The room is located in a quiet, clean, family-friendly building in downtown. Easy access & close to everything you would expect in San Diego, including the convention center, Known neighborhoods like Little Italy, Gaslamp, Harbor, City College, and especially any transportation. The unit is about 700 sq ft with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the green courtyard with waterfront, as it is pictured on the page. Note: You will be sharing the home with me; no pets,no smoking, no parties.
