At first I wasn't given the room I booked, I booked a balcony with chairs to the table. Overlooking the seaport they gave me a room with no sitting on the balcony and looking at another building instead of the seaport, I went down and said, I wanted it changed, and they gave me a balcony room. But I was still looking at an ugly building instead of harbor.

Room itself and staff were fine, but the bathroom deserves 2 stars. The grout on the tile floor was black in many places. They actually used black duct tape to hold the carpet down in the entrance to the bathroom. Hot water was pretty hard to come by and the ceiling paint was pealing on may locations.
