Was granted early check in, staff were great at arrival. Morning of departure; Housekeeping knocked on door at 9am. Shower was difficult to operate, most of the water came out of faucet not shower head. Impossible that occurred after one stay, should’ve been fixed prior to any arrival placed in room. Entrance light flickered all morning, bad bulb or wiring issue? Was given a $40 credit can a half ass apology

What a great place! Though the building is a bit older and could use updating, it was very clean and well kept. The Staff was amazing, helpful, courteous, and helped make staying there a wonderful experience. We had beach views (not all rooms do) that we took full advantage of. The Cottages were for the most part very quiet and I always felt safe. Wi-Fi worked plenty good as well.

Do not stay in the north building unless you want to be woken up by drunk college kids brawling in the alley. The main building seemed much nicer and safer. Room was spacious and had a little kitchen which was nice but very very dated. Super loud at night and didn't feel really safe with so many people spilling into the alley. Nice and close to all the beach life which was great but I wouldn't stay here again, way overpriced for what you get.

This was the right price for our fall trip. The room was dated, but clean and in good repair. No ac was a bit rough but the two provided fans were helpful. Having the windows open at night let in a ton of noise late at night and early in the morning. For what this is, it was a good value and fit what we needed.

Great beach access

Acess to the beach was amazing although the view from 2nd floor balconies are blocked by the roof tops of cottages. This was my 4th time here and will certainly be back.
