Cleaning Staff were very helpful and accessible. Front Desk was short staffed and there was always a line to wait in to speak with someone. I paid for an ocean view room thinking that I would have the nice bath tub and the lower price rooms had the nice bath tubs I had a regular bath tub. I was very disappointed and the front desk staff could care less.
