The entire place was excellent, including and especially the staff. However, The television provider, Spectrum, was the worst I have ever experienced. It had almost no recognizable channels as well as no channel guide on the remote. It only carried one sports channel, FS1, and nothing else. Could not even get nationally televised MLB play-off games

The A/C was too loud. Every time the compressor turned on it was very noisy like an old washer. We woke up several times at night and it was also annoying during the day. We addressed the issue to the reception desk and they just apologized for the inconvenience and told us they would report it to maintenance. That’s it. We are still tired since we were not able to sleep properly.
