I have stayed at this hotel in the past with good experiences, but it is now in a state of shocking decline on all levels. The television in the room, flat out doesn’t work and when I called the front desk, they never sent somebody to repair it - the staff appears to be poorly trained, and just phoning it in, the entire hotel appears to be in a state of neglect, including peeling paint everywhere, worn out carpet, strange smells - as a long time loyal Hilton Honors member, this was a shocking experience and I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Horrible waste of money.
