Very Poor Experience – Safety and Maintenance Issues I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to serious maintenance and safety concerns. There was water leaking in the bathtub, which made the bathroom extremely unsafe. The area around the bathtub was slippery and bubbled out, creating a clear tripping and slipping hazard. Getting in and out of the bathtub felt dangerous, especially for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and clearly not inspected properly before guests arrive. These issues made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about basic safety standards. Given the condition of the room, this hotel does not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness or maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel until these problems are properly addressed and guest safety is taken seriously.

Overall, Best Western was a nice hotel, especially for the price. The first room I was given was very nice, but the toilet was backed up and required flushing 3–4 times to fully clear. That room was also right next to the freeway, which made it pretty noisy at night. I asked for a room change and the staff accommodated me immediately, which I really appreciated. The second room was quieter, but the AC unit made a loud rattling noise and wasn’t as efficient as the one in the first room something I had to get used to. Despite those issues, the hotel was decent overall and a good value for the price.

Both rooms had a bad smell/ordor. The carpet needs cleaning as well as the sofa. It had lots of stains and smelled bad that we didn’t sit on it without using a towel. The staff was ok but the pictures were deceiving and made the rooms look better than were.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Free parking was a plus. Wish they had pack and play for our grandson and it was a bit rundown but that’s reflected in the room price.
