Beautiful 3 bed-roomed villa located in the very heart of Sicily. Nestled on the mountains overlooking the town of San Cono. 360 degree panoramic views. Sleep 6. Wifi, tv . The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge.

Complete privacy ensured, large area for parking and large gardens. A Supermarket, bars and restaurants are nearby.

The villa has a large salt water kidney shaped pool overlooking the town with a panoramic view of about 20 miles, there's a pool bar containing a large beer fridge, a bbq, a pizza oven and seating for about 10. There's a large kitchen and dining area for 20 people.

10 mins by car from Piazza Armerina, a beautiful nearby town. 30 minutes to the beach.
