Villa Il Conventino is a countryside villa in Chianti Classico, 20 km from Florence, furnished in rustic Tuscan style with all modern comforts.



The ground floor (approx. 540 m²) features two fully equipped kitchens, a dining room, a spacious living room with fireplace, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms (one can be set up as twin beds on request), each with a private bathroom—two with whirlpool tubs, two with showers. All bedrooms are air-conditioned; air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are not air-conditioned. In the basement, you will find a wine cellar and a laundry room with washer and dryer.



The adjacent Barn (approx. 80 m²) offers a double bedroom with mezzanine, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a small living room with sofa bed. There is an outdoor porch with table and chairs.



Outdoor amenities include ample parking, a panoramic porch, wood-fired oven, fenced garden, infinity pool with whirlpool (open from May 1 to September 30), small gym, and gazebo for massages and fitness activities (available upon reservation for an extra fee). Access is via double remote-controlled gate.
