Large elegant apartment located on the first floor of Fallocchio house.
BLU4 has 1 large bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with kitchen corner.
At the ground floor of Fallocchio you will find a large common kitchen with microwave, oven, washingmachine.

The house is sorrounded by a nice garden with sitting areas and the swimmingpool with panoramic view is only 80mt from the apartment.

At the pool (June/September) you will have private pool beds or deck chairs.
