The house is vintage, with its own parking, gallery, living room, full kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms and bathrooms. Equipped for 8 people, with central heating with natural gas and, fireplace.

The area is ideal for couples, adventurers and families with children in search of tranquility and enjoy nature and activities such as
• Trekking along paths in the forest of huge Coihues and Cypresses, being able to reach points of interest such as the “Roman bridge”; the hidden lake; the Panoramic Point, different bays; the summit of the Llao-Llao hill, from where you can see the impressive view towards Lake Moreno and all the arms of Lake Nahuel Huapi;
• take mountain bike rides;
• go out by canoe, boat or kayak, swim to the small island located in front of the house from the coast;
• fish trout,
• play soccer or paddle in the garden or simply sunbathe,
• Depending on the season, collect plums, apples and nuts in the garden.

Requirements:
A basic cleaning is requested every 3 to 4 days by the tenant.
No parties, smoking inside the house, camping in the park, or pets are allowed.
Out of respect and a healthy coexistence with nature and neighbors, it is requested to control the volume of music or any other noise that generates noise pollution.
