I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel staff were fabulous, the rooms were large and beds comfortable. The hotel is a bit worn round the edges (the gym especially needs some investment) but it’s overall charming. The food was great, especially the breakfast! Will definitely come back.

Old world charm done right. At El Casco Art Hotel, we were surrounded by paintings; sculptures and furniture that offered a sensory delight. The staff were exceptional, catering to all our needs. You know when professional feels cold and perfunctory, this was the opposite. The staff of El Casco were warm and helpful, leaving no stone unturned in making our experience unforgetable. From the turndown service to the play list at breakfast (I may have boogied a time or two), we felt welcomed and pampered. Shout out to Giancarlo, Tomas and Juan. We highly recommend this hotel.

This property is located in a unique location, in front of a beautiful lake and mountains. It is a beautiful place to spend several days. The employees are very kind. The restaurant's food is excellent, they have a good chef who prepares exquisite dishes. In my opinion it is the best hotel in Bariloche.
