The property is pretty and has a nice view from the back. I was disappointed with the fact that I booked at a higher cost a higher category of a room, but I have no balcony no terrace and I have the view of the gym stairs. I asked to be moved, but there was no other availability And there was only one of the room, but that also had a poor view. If I would’ve gotten one of the smaller rooms, I would’ve had a balcony which I found strange. I also found a very inconvenient that the Wi-Fi was very poor so it was very difficult to communicate. Also, when I would communicate with the Concierge via WhatsApp, it was very difficult to get direct help. I was always receiving numbers to other services which I had to call myself which defeats the purpose of having a concierge. Good at bar and drinks were good. Gym is good. Free breakfast is also a positive.

Really good position walkable into town centre. Would have been 5 stars if the staff had a better approach when we arrived early and we jobsworth about not allowing us into our room until exactly 3pm… their attitude could have been a lot better

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. The customer service was great. Loved the pool! We had dinner at the resto one night and it was fab. Only thing I’d suggest is asking for a room that doesn’t adjoin to another because you can hear everything next door.

Lovely hotel in great location. Recepton staff very good. Breakfast staff chatted amonst themselves all morning. Spa area is really poorly designed. Walk through the pool area and downstairs with dirty shoes to a tiny "changing room" which is a few showers and toilets with a stool outside. And door opens directly on to reception area so no privacy for changing. Swimmers also drip down the stairs so an accident waiting to happen!! Some gym equipment broken. And the gym and pool don't open until 11am!!!!! Why? Not supervised so just open before breakfast!

This hotel is splendid and in very good condition, the situation of the hotel is magnificent. The food, breakfast and one dinner were ok, but there are good dining options close at hand. Staff very helpful.
