I had came back late and I had no towels in my room. No one answered me at the front desk. Honestly this has never happened to me. And the tub did not look very clean. It was ok for 1 night. Also they did not have change for $60 for a $50 deposit

Remember you only have 1 hour to inform the staff if there is something wrong with your room. The bedsheets were stained. We got two beds one of the blankets had a lot of thick black hair stuck to it. Pillow cases were stained one of the pillow even smelled like men cologne. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed it made your throat hurt. The staff was understandable and allowed us to check out after we informed them of the rooms conditions.
