I realized until I got there that I had to pay a $200 deposit on top of my payment. For the room. The air conditioning was broke. You have to pay for TV and internet or sign up for their club to get it free or something like that. The beds are hard and lumpy could not sleep disabled and have very bad pain. Severe pain so I couldn't sleep well. Cuz the bed and the covers and the sheet was very uncomfortable. The chair in the room is worn down. Thank goodness, all you need it to stay one night and I will not return again.

The air condition unit on the roof outside the room was unbearly noisy until 10 pm and as of 6 am. We asked for another room but none was available. Accessing the Internet was a major pain - ultimately only the staff could to it - after several attempts. Nice pool though.

Quiet and comfortable. A good stay close to two major freeways. Very convenient. The daily parking was a surprise. I didn't appreciate the front desk attendant making it sound like it was just going to be "covered" by the $200 deposit, like wasn't paying anything. I did get to see security checking parking vouchers. So there is something the $12 a day is paying for.

They have the worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. It was stale, old and cold. Even the fruit was at least 3 days old. The tater tots and sausages were old and cold. Plus they charged us $25 extra no reason. I still can’t get why from them. Overall terrible, will never book with this hotel or brand again. Terrible.
