The hotel is quiet and clean. Take an Uber to Redlands downtown for awesome food. Only issue was I am allergic to feather pillows and was not able to get a foam pillow. Had this issue before. Slept on a couch pillow.

I don't believe in complaining about things out of my control, or the hotel's control, such as upstairs guests being loud and things like that. Everyone is there under different circumstances. When I checked in, I was greeted in a friendly manner and with a smile. I was early for check-in time, and they accommodated me in my room early. My check-in was easy. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of incidentals in the room. The AC worked great. The water had great pressure and was hot for showers. Didn't use the pool, but it appeared clean, maintained, great atmosphere, and inviting. The morning breakfast was wonderful, hot, and of good quality. The property is safe, well-lit, and monitored with security cameras. Plenty of parking available. There are many fast-food and well-known restaurants nearby, and within 5 miles max from the property. I will definitely stay again when in the area.
