The vacation home “La casa sul lago,” located in Castel dell’Alpi, is the ideal place to stay for a relaxing vacation with a view of the lake. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV in the living room and one in the kitchen, central heating, a washing machine, a PlayStation 2 with video games, and board games.

The vacation home also features a private outdoor green area with a built-in barbecue attached to the house.
The property is located 6 km from San Benedetto Val di Sambro.


Free parking is available both on the street and in front of the property.
Families with children are welcome, but pets are not allowed.

There is no air conditioning, but the house is equipped with fans in every room and in the entryway. Thanks to its stone and rock construction, the rooms stay cool even during the hottest months.

The property has three entrances: one at the main entrance, one at the laundry area entrance, and one at the back. To access the bedrooms, you can use the internal staircase from the main entrance, or, by entering through the rear entrance, you can go directly to the bedrooms and bathroom.

The house is not suitable for people with mobility impairments or who use wheelchairs, due to the presence of stairs and its three-level layout.
