die Wohnung ist okay, aber viel Straßenlärm.

Die Wohnung müsste dringend renoviert werden. Wegen dem Strassenlärm ist der Aufenthalt im schön gelegenen Vorgarten sehr laut. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand.
