This cozy and bright apartment with a great strategic location, is ideal for families, friends and couples, as it has capacity for 4 people, WiFi Internet and a large terrace. It has two bedrooms, the main one with queen bed, closet and TV, and the secondary one, with two single beds and closet. It has a fully equipped and independent kitchen, a large open space with living area with Smart TV 50” and a comfortable sofa, dining area and direct access to the large terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a good lunch while enjoying the good weather of the place. With a privileged location, halfway between the capital of Lanzarote and the airport. Surrounded by miles of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a quick connection to the highway to know the rest of the island comfortably.
