Vista Golf 22 is a wonderful villa with a private swimming pool and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. This holiday accommodation is located in the complex "Vista Golf", in Salobre Golf Resort, a private and unique complex in the south of Gran Canaria, only 10 minutes by car from the tourist area of Maspalomas and Meloneras.

This private villa has 2 double bedrooms: the main bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed and a complete bathroom with shower, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the second bedroom, on the upper floor, has two single beds with another bathroom en suite with shower and direct access to the upper solarium with sunbeds.

The interior of the Vista Golf 22 villa is bright, functional and spacious. It consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave...

Outside this charming holiday home, there is an outdoor dining area and a seating area right next to the private swimming pool, which can be heated (surcharge), comfortable sunloungers for sunbathing, a built in barbecue and beautiful views over the golf course.

👍 We really liked the calm and convenient location of the villa. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including necessary kitchen appliances and household essentials. 👎 What wasn't great was the value for money. The villa could use some renovation. During the last two nights, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom, likely coming through the sewerage. Additionally, the pool heating, which was for extra cost, was turning off.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this villa. The directions were really clear and we were met on arrival by Rene who was really friendly and showed us around the villa. Everything was spotless and a generous welcome pack and daily fresh bread delivery were lovely touches. The villa was really well equipped and we could sign in to our own netflix/prime accounts which was a bonus for our teenager! A car is essential as the villa is up in the hills and quite a bit away from the main resorts/bars/restaurants. The views over the golf course and hills were gorgeous and the area was really peaceful. We paid extra for the pool heating which, although expensive, was worth it to enable us to use it after the sun went away from the garden. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. We usually like to sit out until the sun goes down but unfortunately the position of the villa meant the garden was fully shaded from about 3pm. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Salvo las obras de urbanizaciones cercanas, tranquilidad plena, permite disfrutar de las comodidades de la casa, que tiene de todo y es una excelente opcion para viajar con la familia, como.fue en mi caso. 👎 Algunas cosas deterioradas, papel de pared de alguna estancia, espejo del lavabo de la planta baja, el cesped del jardín (natural), ...pequeñas cosas por el uso intensivo de la vivienda supongo. PERO EN GENERAL ESTA MUY BIEN.

👍 Super Haus wenn man Golf spielt , sonst sehr abgelegen . Schöner Blick auf den Golfplatz. Das Haus ist gross und es ist alles da was man braucht inklusive Waschmaschine und Tumbler . Wir waren anfangs November dort und der Pool war noch angenehm warm . Jeden Morgen hatten wir die frischen Brötchen an der Tür. 👎 Von der Küche zum Wohnzimmer oder in den Garten muss man immer über Treppen , was nicht ungefährlich ist . Der Platz beim Esstisch ist sehr eng .
