Villa with 3 bedrooms, beautiful garden, beautiful views of the golf course and large communal pool. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
Upstairs is 1 double bedroom, access to the terrace, en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with bath and shower. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with dining area and 1 kitchen.
The house is perfectly equipped with electric cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV and DVD player
The house has two sun loungers and no more are provided.
The outdoor area
The outdoor area has a terrace, sun beds, garden and parking. There is also a common area for the Morro Golf complex with a terrace, sunbeds, outdoor shower and communal pool with electric pool heating (01.10 - 31.05.).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The construction of a new set of villas behind the Golfers complex has started a few months ago. The construction works with heavy machinery should be finished in December 2022, although there may be temporary obstacles that may cause a delay. DISCOUNT: For this reason a discount is applied on working days
