This fantastic and exclusive villa, located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, has been completely renovated by a professional interior design firm with the goal of offering our clients a unique design and the utmost comfort. Just a few minutes away, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, a gym, banks, bike and car rentals… the beach is a 10-minute walk away, and “Yumbo,” the largest shopping center in Playa del Inglés, is just 5 minutes away. We are confident you will enjoy your stay, the area, and our 24-hour service for any questions or unexpected emergencies (we speak 5 languages). The villa consists of one floor with three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, two 1.80-meter double beds, and one 1.60-meter double bed, 1 half-bath, a terrace with hammocks, and a private heated saltwater pool that gets sun all day long. We offer high-speed internet (fiber optic), international channels via Astra 19.2, and MovistarPlus (La Liga, Premier League, Bundesliga, etc.). A crib and high chair are available upon request at no additional charge. Bed linens, towels, and general cleaning are provided free of charge every 7 days. All our guests have access to a larger private communal pool.<br>Our villa is located within a residential area; therefore, celebrations, parties, loud music, and any activities that may disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited. Overcrowding beyond the number of guests specified in the booking is strictly prohibited, except in cases where prior authorization has been granted. Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., please respect the neighbors’ rest by avoiding any kind of noise. Any violation of the above rules will result in termination of the rental agreement.
