Staff very friendly and the hotel, despite being situated in the heart of Playa Del Ingles, is surprisingly peaceful with a beach club type vibe. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Yumbo. Would recommend.

the room and surroundings are absolutely spotless, a calm and tranquil place that `I will definitely visit again, breakfast is provided at a cost however any extra's like one boiled egg come at a cost of € 2.00 which in my eyes is a bit steep. the room was amazing with a choice of pillows and a very comfortable bed. I only booked the property 6 hour before my travels and its just great.

Theoretically excellent hotel in need of attention to room maintenance: a toilet that takes 20 mins to fill, a shower drain that needed cleaning, a leaky hand shower, an ventilator in the bathroom thats needs to be cleaned. Swimming pool and tubs quite cold.
