Beautiful villa with bright interior and large garden, private pool with solar heating and great views of the golf course. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



The villa is bright and modern. Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and satellite TV, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The house is well equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV, DVD player, music system and connection for iPod.



The outdoor area



In the spacious outdoor area, it is easy to relax: either on the sofas of the covered terrace or in the sun loungers by the pool. Outside there is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, parking and private pool (5.5 mx 3.5 m) with solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed).

Sehr schöne Villa / Herrvorragend

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie schön es ist. Es lagen zwar einige kleine Mängel vor, die bei Gelegenheit behoben werden sollten, die aber auch nicht weiter stören.Der Service bei Problemen (z.B. Fernseheinstellungen, Pool) ist sehr gut. Alles wurde sofort gelöst.Besonders wichtig war für uns auch, dass es angenehm ruhig war, sodass wir uns wirklich gut erholen konnte. Obwohl vom Hotel im Golfressort Busse nach Maspalomas fahren, würde ich unbedingt einen Mietwagen empfehlen, dann ist man in 10 Minuten in Maspalomas.
