Salobre La Isla 8: family holiday home with large private pool, terrace and views of Lake Salobre



Salobre La Isla 8 is a holiday home designed for families or couples who wish to spend much of their stay outdoors: breakfast on the terrace, time in the pool, afternoons on the Balinese bed and outdoor dinners with the Salobre landscape all around.



The property is located in the La Isla complex, within Salobre Golf Resort, 241 metres above sea level. From the house, you can enjoy views towards Lake Salobre, the golf course, the sea and the mountains, which gives the stay a strong sense of space and landscape.



With 122 m² of living space on a plot of 225 m², the house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. It is distributed over two levels, with the ground floor opening directly onto the terrace and the upper floor offering additional outdoor perspectives.



On the ground floor, there is a living room and dining room with kitchen and direct access to the terrace, a utility room and 1 bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace.



On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, 1 bathroom with shower and a terrace with views of the Salobre surroundings.



The outdoor area is the heart of the house: terrace, garden, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, Balinese bed, parking and a private pool of 7 x 3.4 metres. The pool has 1.4 metres depth and can be heated electrically for an additional cost.



The equipment includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, Netflix, satellite television, Spanish television, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



Your booking includes pool towels, bed linen and towels, pool cleaning twice a week and mid-stay cleaning with bed linen change for stays of more than 9 nights.



Gas barbecue: €107.00 per stay.

The barbecue price includes its final cleaning and 2 gas bottles per stay.

Dogs by request, with an additional charge per dog: €80.25 per stay.

Security deposit: €300.00.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not permitted except in outdoor areas.
