The terrace, barbecue, and pool area were fantastic places to relax and spend time together. Quiet neighborhood, easy access by car, and everything we needed was on hand. We’d happily stay here again!

We had a fabulous week at this villa, way beyond expectations. Although the immediate area is bleak and the road rough, once you are into the gates of the villa it is paradise. Around 2 acres or so of lime and lemon trees, palm trees, cacti and flowering plants, with a spotless swimming pool and hot tub.The villa was huge, super clean, the beds incredibly comfortable, lovely linen and bath towels too. There were two separate cottages on the property so there was a lot of space for privacy. It was great within the grounds of the property to be able to leave the doors to the villa wide open as it was so safe.The views to the mountains and sea were magnificent. Just a 20 minute drive to some lovely beaches and restaurants. We truly had a wonderful week, I would go back in a heartbeat, and highly recommend this villa to anyone. Amazing. Happy memories!

El jardin / zona piscina es incluso mejor cuidado y bonito q lo q se aprecia en las fotos.El mobiliario del interior ligeramente pasado de moda pero en buen estado.Pagamos extra por calentar la piscina y la piscina no se calento al menos hasta 24h mas tarde de haber llegado a casa y eso no es lo q se hablo.En el check in echamos de menos algo mas de colaboracion con poner la tv en funcionamiento.

Huset är fantastiskt fint med stora terasser och gott om plats. Vi var 11 personer från tre generationer med åldrar mellan 7 månader och 73 år. Barnen lärde sig simma i polen. Det som drar ned betyget en aning är att det inte fanns diskmedel till diskmaskin, trasig bestickhållare, att de större tallrikarna inte får plats i diskmaskinen, att det inte ens finns salt och peppar på plats eller tillräckligt med soppåsar, men däremot 6 öl i kylskåpet som vi tyckte var en dålig prioritering. Det fanns heller ingen plåt till ugnen eller grytlappar som gjorde det svårt att laga mat i ugnen. Man saknade instruktioner hur man ska ta hand och sortera sopor och hur saker i huset funkade, en liten instruktionspärm hade varit guld värd. Krukväxter var iintorkade. Men med dessa invändningar så vill vi ändå säga att det var en helt underbar vistelse och den närliggande restaurangen gav vi också toppbetyg till. Vi vill gärna återvända!

Isolierte Vialla Maspalomas

Aufenthalt März 2022, 4 Erwachsene positiv: Kommunikation und Organisation durch Verwalter grancanariavillas.com groß, viel Platz völlig isoliert, nicht einsehbar = keine Badebekleidung nötig = nahtlose Bräune Poolheizung ist ein Muß, dafür bezahlen lohnt sich Pool kann dann individuell geheizt werden, auch >30°C grandioser Außengrill, höhenverstellbar Zitronen vom Baum sind erlaubt negativ: schmale Betten, für 2 Erwachsene wird's sehr eng, unsere Freunde haben getrennt geschlafen wg. Platz langsames Internet, WLAN nur in Nähe des Routers, die Steinwände verhindern Netzabdeckung, suboptimal um von dort zu arbeiten, Email Lesen klappt Küchenausstattung für ein Ferienhaus ok und umfangreich, jedoch alles antiquiert und primitiv Induktionskochfeld funktioniert prima alte Betten, alte Matratzen, alte Kissen weiter: isolierte Lage = Auto muß sein Einkaufen im HiperDino ist super, die haben alles Restaurants in Maspalomas, 15 Min. Fahren aber: Santa Maragarita ist ein interessantes Restaurant ~1km am Berg runter an der Hauptstr.: genial, originell, wie im Titty Twister am Ende von Pulp Fiction. Zwischenreinigung + Handtücher- u. Bettwäsche-Wechsel sollte pauschal inklusive sein bei 3 Wo. Aufenthalt. Gab es nur gegen Aufpreis. Die Terrasse verdreckt schnell von den Pflanzen. Macht der Gärtner nicht sauber.

Absolutely amazing house

This mansion overruled all of our expectations and was the perfect residence for our whole family of 9 people during our holidays. Big spaces, wonderful garden, lovely pool area perfect for pool parties, a super cozy outside kitchen/bbq dining place and an awesome roof terrace with a beautiful view over the Atlantic Ocean and nature of GC, as well as a perfect spot for wine and cheese during sunset :) The whole family (age 9-65) absolutely loved it! And the Villa Gran Canaria team were super friendly and nice. We will be definitely renting this place again. And would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful mansion with the greatest views on Gran Canaria. Thanks!
