The house is distributed on 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a living room with smart tv, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sun terrace with seating area, outdoor shower and wonerful views, and a toilet. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and dressing room, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed. Two of the bedrooms have independent balconies with views.



The house has an independent garage for one vehicle, also prepared for parking and maintenance of bicycles. There is also plenty of street parking space in front of the house entrance.



There is private high-speed WIFI and air conditioning. The area is exclusively residential and very quiet, but also at a walking distance from the shopping center El Tablero with shops, restaurants and supermarket. It is about 1 km from the Meloneras beach. Access to the highway is 300 meters away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

Large house near the main road (4 lane motorway)

The house is relatively new, clean and spacious. House is in a residential area with a large supermarket nearby. The kitchen is large but we only had two pans and a couple of frying pans. Seating consists of a sofa for three but the house sleeps 5 people. The main road (4 lane freeway/motorway) is close by and busy : the noise is cleary audible in the house and the master bedroom (and on the terrace). It didn’t bother us but is somethings you need to be aware of. On arrival we were only provided with 4 towels (2 small 2 large) which isn’t enough for a 9 day stay. We asked for more towels which were delivered to us the next day. There’s no dryer only a washing machine. The beds were quite hard but spacious. We slept well. There’s airconditioning units in the living room. And master bedroom.
Stayed 9 nights in Mar 2024
