I've stayed in the apartment for a week and it was in a great location on the beach and within walking distance to some really nice restaurants. Easy to get to on public transport too.The apartment had everything we needed - washing machine, things to cook with, dish washer too.The flat was tidy throughout too.

Great place. Perfect for family with kids or 2 couples. There is a private parking spot. Everything is close. The beach and ocean visible from the APPARTMENT is great to chill. There are some shops nearby but above all it is a great starting point to visit the south and chill in peace when needed. The kitchen is well equipped! We were able to cook some fish, beak a bread 🤭and many more (as we love to eat at home). The garden is also perfect - small but very nice and clean. If the place is free - just book it ;)

Die tolle Lage direkt am Strand und der Strandpromenade überzeugt 100%ig. Die Wohnung ist hell und praktisch eingerichtet, etwas kleiner als erwartet. Die Erreichbarkeit des Services und deren Leistung waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist durch das Meeresrauschen geprägt und ansonsten sehr ruhig. Immer wunderbare frische Luft. Das Zentrum von San Agustin ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Laspalomas leicht mit dem Auto. Dort konzentriert sich der Tourismus. Wir reisten mit kleinem Kind und genossen die leichte Abgelegenheit von San Agostin und die Ruhe. Einkaufen und Essen fußläufig entfernt. Es gibt kleinen Renovierungsbedarf.

Das Häuschen liegt direkt am Strand. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. 4 Liegen im Garten und eine coole Dusche draussen sowie Regendusche drinnen. Genug Badetücher standen uns zur Verfügung und bereits nach 4 Tagen kam eine Putzmannschaft um das Häuschen zu reinigen. Anfänglich hatte ich Mühe mit dem schwarzen Strand aber mit der Zeit entwickelte sich die Schönheit der Natur in meiner Wahrnehmung. Es waren sehr schöne Ferien.

Ein Schritt zum Meer, zur Promenade, Terrasse, Außendusche - in Verbindung mit einer gepflegten Wohnung und guter Abwicklung. Das Angebot hält, was es verspricht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Das Appartement liegt direkt am Strand von San Augustin, in unmittelbarer Entfernung zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und Top eingerichtet. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war sehr gut organisiert, die Reinigung klappt hervorragend. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
