These are nice clean but basic apartments. They need a proper oven as self catering. Also, the TV has no english speaking channels, except for CNBC and Bloomberg, if i never hear about stock markets again it will be too soon, and they could do with aircon as very humid at night and it is not easy to sleep when sweating. Enjoyed the short walk to Holiday World - Taiwan chinese restaurant food is great - and then across the road to the nearly empty Faro 2 Shopping Mall, as Broncemar 2 has the best food in the area and Jaime and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. A 4 euro taxi ride up into Playa Del Ingles gives you a very good night life, especially in the Yumbo Centre and the Kasbah. Or go in the other direction to Maspalomas and the beach great day and night. Altogether a good base and great swimming pools - two large plus a kids pool - and a decent pool bar!!

Half are families permanent homes, NOT a holiday

This from the start was a disaster. The complex is approximately 50% owned by private residents (confirmed by staff and resident) who live here year round with their pets - dogs, cats rabbits and children cycling on small paths on their bikes. The apartment we stayed in was run down, plaster falling off the walls, fridge rusting away, cooker broken, moths ate clothes in the wardrobe, shower held together by cable ties, bathroom door wouldn't close and on one occassion when we did get it closed (after complaining to ebookers who told us they would contact complex to get multiple issues fixed) it jammed and I got stuck in the bathroom until my other half rescued me, toilet seat broken, bath cracked, mould/damp on walls and a pillar with deep cracks holding up the balcony above. Oh and the prison bars on all the windows. You couldn't really get near the pool at weekends when it appeared extended family comes to visit and if you did go it was extremely uncomfortable being talked about and smoked on top of. Towels taken off our sunbeds when in the pool so Spanish families can take up 10-15 sunbeds in a row. Got abused by resident families for playing basketball in the basketball court, mini golf hasn't been playable in many years at a guess. We reused our towels for several days as requested. The only time we asked for our towels to be replaced by putting them in the bath they didn't replace them. We went to reception and asked for clean towels but they refused point blank.......

The staff were incredibly friendly. ATC strikes in Marseilles meant that my flight was changed to the following day although I would arrive two days later. I messaged Tisalaya and they kept my booking plus I was allowed to check in at 10am when I finally got there. It's peaceful and quiet and the rooms are clean and comfortable. 5/6 mins by taxi to the Yumbo €3/4. Will definately stay again next time I'm in GC...

Exceeded expectation

This review relates to an extra three nights that I added to my original 7 night stay. I loved the place. It is quiet and very relaxing, great pool and pool area which were never too busy. Plenty of sun beds. The whole complex is very clean and the apartments are a good size. During my stay my apartment was cleaned 5 days out of seven which was more than I expected. Good food in the onsite restaurant/bar. Very helpful reception staff. The complex is at the top of the road amongst other apartment complexes. Perfect for a relaxing stay and great as a base if you have a car.

Great apartment complex. It exceeded my expectations on every level. Quiet, very clean, nice pool area, very helpful staff, good sized apartment and comfy beds. The area is a little remote but there are supermarkets nearby and a restaurant on site. Great base if you hire a car. The apartment was cleaned most days and more often than I was expecting. For the price I paid I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again

Good clean budget accommodation

A lovey little complex with great facilities and very friendly staff. Very clean rooms with plenty of towels and all essentials in the kitchen area. It’s not 5 star so don’t expect that yes some tiles are chipped and there is grout missing around the bath but your room is cleaned daily by lovely friendly staff and you have everything you need for a very pleasant stay.

Good value

Really nice complex that was well maintained, the apartments are roomy and cleaned all the time. The pool area was nice with a restaurant on site. The reception staff were friendly and very helpfully.

Excellent apartments good facilities bar/food etc!

Had great time aquapark nearby although pool onsite more than adequate, walked into San Fernando often and got taxi back always available and never try to rip you off normally 3.70 Euro always gave them 5 some excellent restaurants nearby too many to mention!

Not up to scratch

We had no electricity or hot water for a full day/night. We had a ground floor apartment and had problems with large cockroaches in our apartment despite keeping the doors closed and insect nets over the windows. The rooms have metal bars across the windows and are very dark/dingy (I was told the bars were a result of reoccurring thefts). Most staff loved fed up and disinterested and the food/drink prices were extortionate (this was the case in other places in the surrounding are too). I would not return here.

Nice apartments in quiet location

The apartment was well equipped, clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant was basic as was the food but it was generally quite tasty for breakfast and a snack. Amenities such as room safe wifi were all chargeable extras. Nice pool area and comfy sun beds Asked for late check out but they were not able to accommodate because they were fully booked We had booked for 8 nights but due to some plumbing issues in one of the other apartments, they had to transfer us to Parque Nogal just up the road. When checking what time we would have to leave the room, we were told it was check-out by 12 noon because they had to get room ready for next guests, so I guess that it was more about them being over booked rather than any water problems!! Parque Nogal. The accommodation was good. We were moved into a 1 bed house, which had more space but wasn't as modern. Again, good pool area, and the food, whilst basic, was ok. Staff much friendlier and wifi was complimentary with the room. No problem with late check out which made the last day much easier.

Stayed at Tisalaya for 6 days in December 2016

Great apartments I will definitely stay there again. Rooms are cleaned every day/every second day. Beds are comfortable and apartments are spacious with great views from the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice breakfast: coffee maker, cutlery etc. Market nearby:2 or 3 minutes away. Very cheap hotel restaurant. Great swimming pool which is clean and big enough for a swim. There is a jacuzzii as well. Quiet and peaceful location but close enough to the beach: we used to walk or take a bus from Holiday World centre to get to the beach. Respectful and friendly staff. I was really happy wiyh my stay as I am not a fan of massive crowded hotels full of drunk people. Will definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff reception and restaurant. very quiet. Brilliant dinner food in the restaurant. Good vaule for money in the area. The only thing is breakfast choice is a little poor.

Pleasant 5-night stay in bungalow 77. Other residents were mostly families with children so a bit loud at times. Did not use the swimming pool facility. Purchased wifi inside the bedroom for a cost of 10 euros for 4 days and it was not the fastest. No air conditioning or fan which makes it difficult to sleep in heat at times. Clean and tidy with towels changes regularly, on average every day. Although I did find a couple of cockroaches :-(
