The breakfast and breakfast staff was excellent. The experience however was different from previous visits to this same property. They need to disclose when booking that they charge for parking security per day. Also, i asked for some of the sample toothpaste at front desk. Which are those single use packets, generic and was charged for it! $2 per packet!!! That is outrageous. Will consider another property next time we are in the area, there are plenty of other choices near by.

Stayed with family and kids for a night while visiting sea world. Clean room and bathroom with hardwood floors, excellent hot breakfast with variety of choices, will definitely stay again. They charge $5 a night for self parking which can be avoided.

Overall, the hotel and rooms were clean and nice. We asked for a crib for the two nights we were there and they didn’t have one available on either of the nights. The breakfast area was broken into two opposite ends of the lobby which made things confusing and not easily manageable.

The room I stayed had been remodeled but the bathroom doors did not even close all the way so the water ran all over the floor. And was pooling even under the shower… also, the hotel’s back entrance/exit door kept locking up so I after several times of walking around on the outside to get to my vehicle, I had to ask at the front desk if it was broken. It was quickly fixed….
