DO NOT RESERVE!!! I had a reservation for this property made months in advance for the week of Thanksgiving. I had a few communications with the host after the reservation was made about the address and a couple of questions about the property, so I thought we were set. Upon the day of arrival when we were supposed to gain access to the property...NOTHING. No door codes or any other instructions were sent. I tried contacting the host...no response. I reached out to Vrbo since it was after check-in time. Vrbo tried to reach the host...they got no response. Vrbo transferred me to a resolution specialist to try and get new accommodations made. Before they finalized any new accommodations, the resolution specialist tried again to reach host...still no response. Very, very stressful way to start off the holiday week. NO ONE SHOULD TRUST THIS HOST to follow thru. Being that it was the week of Thanksgiving, we were very fortunate to even find a place for the entire week that suited our group size and needs. STAY AWAY!!!
