Disliked: Cleanliness
There was no stay because they double booked the house. We were unable to contact anyone because no one would answer phone or text. We were left stranded 12 hours from home at nearly midnight. We were there to see my daughter graduate from basic training and had to scramble to find enough hotel rooms. Luckily, they returned the nearly 700 to my card pretty fast.
