The staff was super helpful with everything. The floor was solid so I didn’t have to worry about my son jumping around and and being to loud for the lower floor. The area is also really nice only a ten min walk to get to the riverwalk.

Another very nice stay at the La Quinta near the River Walk and Alamo! We were upgraded to a Suite, which was a beautiful, clean, and stylish set of rooms. The lobby is open and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very nice, with a heated spa. We will stay here any time we're back in San Antonio!

There was no mention of all the extra charges so I'll save you all the trouble... First off, Parking was $37 per day, at the hotel they charge your credit card $100 for claims but website says $35 pending hold, breakfast was alright but it was so busy that we couldn't rush to our room fast enough, elevators were barely working(i only used elevator 2 for both days we stayed and didn't see anyone else using other elevators either) and the room was alright but you could literally hear everything all around you... Save yourself the trouble and the money and stay somewhere else instead.

I had to switch rooms because of the gross yellow stains in the bathtub that were everywhere. The room I got switched to have black all over the bottom of the tub with more yellow stain. I didn't want to ask a third time to switch rooms so every time I showered I did it with sandals on because the tub was so gross
