Room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed on the second floor and it was perfect. Right on the river walk and. close to so many things. Parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend. Next time i am in San Antonio i will definitely book here again.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious. Loves the balcony view of the river. However, the room was so damp even the carpet felt damp. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. They only had one roll of toilet paper for us with 5 people staying in the room. We had to ask for more. Couldn’t find any linens for the pull out sofa and asked twice for them but never did get any. The pool was supposed to be heated but it was too cold to enjoy swimming in on a mid October night with temps still in the 70s. Valet parking was easy and convenient, but way overpriced. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved the full breakfast every morning. Loved the location and the walkability of the area. Especially loved the view from our room!

Okay hotel

Pros: Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety Good location Nice staff Resolution to issues Cons: We woke up to find a cockroach swimming in one of the cups we used the night before (see pic) Some of the towels that were changed on our last day smelled like cheese/cheetos and it lingered on our skin. Not sure if the towels were folded before drying out completely or if it was moldy.
