Two buildings. Lobby is obvious once you see both sections of the hotel (split between a Tru Hilton & 2 streets..check your gps..) When I booked this, I didn’t notice that parking isn’t free; but it’s most convenient & possibly cheapest. Staff was super polite & helpful. Bed was decent. AC worked great. Floors were filthy. Both persons in each bed woke up with a tiny bite, & one small spider was tossed outside… probably congregated in the dust & such under the beds. Get what you pay for in San Antonio?

the room was dirty the deb was not clean dirty sheets n pillow cases front desk people rude did not care charge for parking when the web site said free parking they ask for 100.00 deposit when everythong was paid online i would not stay ther even if it was free to many homeless around the hotel

Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee and Tang, no water hot or cold, very few choices. We had three rooms, one had a huge wasp, one had a huge cricket that crawled in bed with someone. There were no computers to run off boarding passes. The staff ( who were very hardworking, helpful, and friendly) offered to try to print the passes, but it didn’t work. Location was great. Cleaning staff was trying hard. It’s just an old facility that would really benefit from some upgrades. Of course, then it would probably cost twice as much.

Stayed here a few years back. And they didnt charge for parking and now they do. Guess they want a piece of the parking action. Also during check out i asked what my100 deposit was for. And they told me it was for in case i dirty the sheets that right there says they dont wash their sheets i just stayed for 4 days n got my deposit. Which means they are not washing or changing the bed sheets. Disgusting.....

Had to walk across the street to get fresh towels and call about non room service and was told room service signed done in their log
