The staff was very kind but our rooms pull out sofa bed was so dirty. The body wash and conditioner was out. I had put 2 adults and two teenagers would be staying in the room and I only had 3 towels. I booked the courtyard because they advertised it had an indoor pool. The indoor pool is under renovation so that part was closed.

The staff was great. Jose Cuervo shot was way overpriced. Starbucks was closed. Stayed on the same floor as construction. Room smelled moldy. Pool area had faded signs, very dirty windows. Not enough parking. Wasn’t a terrible hotel. Just could use some TLC.

First off upon checking in the front desk attendant was a bit short and rude as well as the same upon checking out. It just didn’t feel as welcoming as it should have been for a higher end hotel. Second we had to pay for parking. Which I didn’t remember seeing anywhere in the booking that we were obligated to pay for parking. Third we were there for three nights and not once did housekeeping come in to change sheets or towels. I expect this out of lower end hotels but this was a higher end Marriott and expected more. We will not be staying here again in the future.
