There were ants in the bathroom and the hot water was not warm enough, even though the room was on first floor. Plumber came as soon as I called, but there was little he cud fix. Looks to be a major problem that the hotel building needs to be fixed. First time bad experience with Marriott, hope u can fix it.

Outside was dirty, trashy. Room was ok very cold. Bar very high close for drinks. Coffee bar extremely sweet. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! It's you want SOME KINDA OF PEACE & RELAXATION don't go there, kids were loud & rubbing around in hall way. The picture online isn't update. Gates & security is insane cause probably ghetto. Not my cup of tea. AND WON'T BE RETURNING there Again.

The carpet on the floor needs to be steamed and cleaned. Also, the tile in the bathroom is very slippery when you get out the shower and my husband fell really bad and hit his head on the toilet in the handicap. They should put a different type of flooring in the bathroom, especially the handicap bathroom and also rails not just in the shower but outside.

Paying for parking have to back and forth to put the parking ticket in the vehicle. I’m a bonvoy member Still have to input my card info in. Just not needed. Tv in the room has lines in it. Mother board is bad. Had no towels in the room. It’s not the end of the world but just so inconvenient. Won’t be coming back to this hotel.

Better than average angood value for San Antonio.

A very nice property close to West San Antonio attractions. The property had a nice lobby, bistro, and pool area. Only complaints are that you have to pay for parking, which seems to be pretty a common practice in San Antonio, and the bistro meal prices are high compared to the quality of the meal.
