I have used roadway many times and have never had an issue but this last time was awful. It was not a snow free room and it smelled so bad and triggered my allergies. One of the things I was pleased with, and I rate all my status by this, were the towels. This time they were awful! Thin and dingy! Really rethinking not starting there again.

Evening front desk worker was rude and unprofessional. Acted like me arriving was an inconvenience to him. Laundry facilities down despite listing them on Expedia. Black mold in the shower. No attention to cleanliness. Cigarette burns on sheets. No potable water. Gave me a room that was difficult to get to from parking lot despite not being full whatsoever. Not within walking distance to anything. Landscapers right outside of door with blowers and mowers for a solid hour. Key stopped working. I will never stay at this place again and legitimately hope it closes.

Bad experience!

Room was dirty! Ring around toilet. Forgot to clean bathroom counter next to sink. Room smelled horrible. They sprayed something to try and get the smoke smell out,...never works! I gave the front desk a whole list of things wrong with room, but don't know if they even acknoledged it because there was noone at the front desk. I waited, and finally just left the key on the counter and left! Bad experience!
