All the bedrooms have private bathrooms and showers; they’re spacious and airy, with a beautiful, relaxing OCEAN VIEW. In the mornings, you can enjoy the sunrise, go for a run on the beach very early, and make the most of the morning. if you’re a fishing enthusiast (just bring your gear), this is your moment to shine—show off to the family by bringing home your fresh catch and preparing a delicious ceviche or fried fish for breakfast. There’s an area for your barbecues, and at night, another area for bonfires, guitar music, wine, and other elixirs of life. Let’s go have some fun!
Guest Access
In the house, all areas—Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bedrooms 201,202,203 and 204, Pool, Garage, and Patio—are at your disposal, except for Room 101, which we reserve for our own use.
As for the terrace, its entrance door is locked, but only one adult may enter to check the water level if necessary; children are strictly prohibited from entering, or if they do go up, they must be accompanied by an adult. It is currently under construction.

Due to cleaning and biosafety protocols, we are not providing bed linens or towels.

We provide a full water supply in both the cistern and the elevated tank. Similarly, before checking out, you must leave the water tanks full and the house clean, just as you found them.

Before entering the pool, we recommend shaking off any sand and taking a shower; there is a foot shower at the entrance for this purpose. There is a faucet at this location. Please avoid entering the pool with sand on your feet as much as possible to keep the areas clean. If you bring your pet (only ONE PET is allowed).

ADDITIONAL FEES
One additional child is allowed at no extra charge.
Security Deposit: $200.00 (two hundred dollars), which will be refunded upon checkout after verifying that the property is in the same condition as when it was handed over.
